  fantastic hotel with spacious, clean room and bathroom for a very affordable price (40000 MNT that includes breakfast). There is a good wifi connection all over the place (no password, connection speed is around 100-200 Kbs). The staff is really helpful and nice, even though they don't speak english they can put you through the owner's son on phone who speaks perfect english and even a bit french. Definitely the best you can get in Ulaangom I think.
