  INTRODUCTION: Our Committee was founded in 1984 by the 31st khoroo of Sukhbaatar District of Ulaanbaatar city, with 4000 inhabitants of 800 households at the end of Khailaast. In 1992, the Chingeltei District of Sukhbaatar district was established as a 16th khoroo of the district in accordance with the Law on Administrative and Territorial Units of Mongolia. The khoroo is divided into 12, 15, 17 and 18 khoroo of Chingeltei district and 26 khoroos of Songino Khairkhan district. It is one of the largest committees with territories of 452 hectares. It has 14 sections, 1710 fences with 91 streets. In order to provide primary health care services to the "Tegsh-Ulzii" family clinic, the newly established Chingeltei district 139 kindergartens are kindergartens 221 and 246, and are organizing the World Wide Fund for Nature and the 63 private businesses of Dream The entity operates.
