  Not enough space for parking. There is no waiting area when delays happen.

  The ticket sellers behind the counter are very willing to communicate via google translate. There were two buses to Khovd everyday one at 11am the other at 1pm as of May 2019, supposed to take 25 hours but usually takes more if there is snow. Cheap and tasty food at the stalls nearby. A big adjacent supermarket.

  If you wanna travel to Northern and Western Provinces with cheaper price, this is where you should come. But note that ticket office staff know very limited English, so it's suggested that you come with someone as interpreter. The buses for farther provinces leave very early, so it's better to get the ticket on previous day. To buy ticket, you need to bring your passport.
