We booked a night there. And no one opened the door for us. No one could answer the phone. We finally get inside the building around 3pm. Knocked at the door. No one answered. they still stole our money. I'm really surprised to see this in Mongolia, land of nice people...

Peter B 11 Booked a 5 day tour and cut it short after 4 because it was intolerable. Review of Dream Mongolia Tours Reviewed yesterday The tour says that accommodations will be in Ger camps. What it doesn't say is, after the 1st day at the hot springs camp, there are no showers or bathrooms. Only outhouses for toilets. My wife and I were separated into separate one person gers the first night, and then lodged together with another couple the second night. Travelers need to bring a sleeping bag as there's no bedding. Tourists also need to know that after the hot springs camp, there is no electric to charge phones. The travel van may or may not have a working charger which, if it works, needs to be shared. The hot springs camp is just a pipe carrying hot water to a concrete spa tub behind the bathhouse. It is not a natural hot spring pool or river. The horse back riding is a 1 hour ride along the side of a road and then back. When we realized that we wanted to go back but our guide would not let us until the hour was up, and we couldn't make the horses do anything the guides horse didn't do. The camel ride in the Semi Gobi was out to a small area between 2 sand dunes for a photo op to make it look like we were in the desert and then we went back to camp. In the 3rd ger camp the mattresses were full of bugs and one crawled into my wife's ear and it took me 1/2 hour to flood it out with water while she was freaking out as it crawled around inside. Oh, and our car broke down, was unrepairable, so we waited 4 hours on the side of the road, causing the next days itinerary to be squeezed into a day and a half itinerary. At that point, and after 3 days without a shower, and not looking forward to another meal of fried horse tongue, we had had enough. Horrible trip.

Dream Travel is a great place to stay! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Centrally located with a spotless room and breakfast, you really can’t ask for more. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in UB.
