  Located in the East Gobi of Mongolia, Zamyn Ud is located across the street from the Chinese port city Erlianhot. It is known as the “Mongolian Little Hong Kong” and is the only railway port of Mongolia to China. The Zamyn Ud Railway Station is the city. The largest building in the district is only 9 kilometers away from Erlian Station in Inner Mongolia. The station complex is lined up by different styles of buildings in Mongolia, China and Russia. It symbolizes the long-standing friendship between the three countries and neighbors. It is an important railway port for Mongolia to China and an important throat for China to connect with Eastern European countries.
