  I asked the hotel to hold onto my bags. I came back and picked my bags up, there were $300 USD missing from my bag. That was after my passport had been taken from my room while I was sleeping because they needed a photo copy of it. No, they couldn’t wait until I was awake and they didn’t bother to knock. They entered and took my passport. They made comments about my race and my nationality, ultimately this is an extremely unsafe hotel and would HIGHLY advice any and everybody stay elsewhere. The area is terrible and without access to taxis or restaurants. Really not worth it, and the owner is a cheap greedy thief.

  Just stayed in the NewWest hotel 2 days. Reception said that they upgraded the room facilities and the service were perfect. I love the hotel service, specially reception. Their English were perfect and i think some reception know Russian, Japan too. If you staying around this area this hotel could be your best choice. Specially for the foreigners. Thank you.

  Shower did not drain, hole in bathroom wall, safe not functional nor bolted down (locked shut). Too expensive for the quality of residence. The breakfast was a barely cooked hot dog, a barely cooked egg and a few veggies. The breakfast left me wanting to go somewhere else.

  Good nice hotel. But Basement they have Karaoke. It could bother you in middle of the night. Especially if you are at first or second floor. Also Smoke is bad
