::We rented a 4x4 vehicle in August 2019 including limousine service at Sixt and we were very pleased with the overall package. Our agent (Itgel) gave us a very detailed and competent introduction to the car and the camping equipment and answered all the questions. During the trip he was always available for us and when there was a short problem with the car (central locking), he helped us quickly and easily. On our next visit to Mongolia we will rent 100% again a car at Sixt. Thank you so much!

::We had a great experience renting from Sixt at the Blue Sky Hotel. The agents spoke perfect english, took our calls even at 6 in the morning, were flexible with us and very helpful. We loved our car and had some great adventures with it seeing all of Mongolia. We had no problems with the car (Patriot 4x4) and were very happy. Would rent from them again. Thank you!

::Nothing but good things to say. They were quick, helpful, professional and spoke english, (and they spoke it well, which was so nice). The Land Cruiser we used was exactly what we needed to see the country on our own for a month. And it was much better to see Mongolia with one of their vehicles than to go on guided tours. Getting to do it at our own pace was a dream. Would highly recommend them. Mongolia has easily become our favorite trip we've ever taken. No place like it!

::Unfortunately I can't rate SIXT Mongolia positive. Even if they provided a brand-new car (UAZ Patriot 4x4), the quality of the car itself was poor: the doors were so hard to open and the trunk door was blocked every second time we wanted to use it. Sometimes we could not open the hatch door for days which was pretty annoying. When the agent handed over the car to us, he informed us that SIXT changed the reservation 1 hour before the handover so we have to pay a higher price than the booking which was made 4 weeks earlier. This is ridiculous as the contractual package was the same as during booking process and we could not protest as we needed the vehicle to start our trip. The biggest issue with SIXT Mongolia is that they don't only block an extremely high deposit from your credit card but the really debit your bank account. Even after the promised ten days for paying back the deposit I did not get the refund nor a satisfactory reply. I will now have to go through my lawyers to get back the deposit for a perfectly returned rental car (as confirmed per handover document). Sorry, but never again with SIXT Mongolia! There are much better rental car companies out there!
