  One of the beautiful places of the UB. There is restaurants Monet on 17th floor which has most nice view of the UB.

  There is almost always parking spot available, anytime of the day. Price, yeah. That's the reason.

  Perfectly nice little park. A good place to grab a seat in the shade. 30mins free wifi there. Plus some lovely public art.
