  My parents paid the money for their service. But their answer written in germany language. Their telephonists were giving different answers each time I called they try to just finish the conversation instead of answering my questions. Unprofessional! Disrespectful!!!

  It even doesn’t deserve one star. This embassy is one of the worst embassies I ever been to in my life. No sense of service and respect, unjust about their visa decisions, rude and disrespectful behavior towards visa applicants, unprofessional manner, sorting out people especially those from developing and underdeveloped countries. Especially those mongolians who serve there are extremely rude with their fellow people that is kind of ridiculous. Oh wait, the germans who work there should be the same, do they. Since Germany ain’t one of the fastest growing economy, needless to fuss about their worthless visas!!! Highly not recommended.

  People who work in here should behave tons of rudeness. They are actually face of Germany but now in here they are some point shame and most point glory. But need to change Mongolians.

  Der Service war wirklich schlecht. Vor allem das mongolische Personal. The chubby lady at the reception cabin is unqualified by her behavior and communication.
