::The worst embassy I ever dealt with, the worst service and have no dignity.
Un Hombre Vivo (Iggy)
::Worst Embassy in the world. Rude security guards, no respect or honesty or whatsoever. Please be aware that now you need a red ticket to get in. Only available to get it on Tuesdays. I mean... honestly, horrible.

::The place sucks! No order, not organized at all. Cause people act like animals. Open only Monday, Wednesday and Friday , and the work hour is between 9:30 and 12:00. That's it! More that 120 people come there starting from 5AM but only one-third can enter successfully if things go smooth or if consular officers mood is good. Every consular officer requires different papers depending on its mood. Some of them even require for old fashioned wax seal. Not a place to visit

::One of the worse services. You have to be at the gate at 5am, there will be people already waiting, switching turns infront of the door, there is not a clear cue to follow and you will be pushed to the back. They open at 9.30 and at that moment people will push and rush, if you are brave, lucky and don't mind being squeezed without complain, you might get in, once in, the guard will give you a number, once in, everything is pretty fast. The requirements are: filled application form with 33 x 33mm photo, passport, copy of passport, copy of mongolian visa, flight booking, hotel booking, invitation letter, and, or bank statements, the payment is done in a bank infront of the embassy south gate. There is same day express service, one day and three days service. Better go to Hong Kong.

::We got in line around 8.45. At 9.30 they handed out numbers to people and the first group went inside. I had number 22. We were inside the building at 10.10. the lady in the embassy went through the application and noticed something missing. I went to a print shop and came back with the required document and left the embassy before noon. With the express payment of $30 we were able to pick up the passports the same afternoon between 4-5. With the filled out application form I handed in 1. Tickets in and out of China. They will check the dates and correct spelling of your name. 2. Hotel bookings for each place i am visiting 3. Copy of passport and copy of the Mongolian Visa or entrance stamp 4. Proof of health insurance, although I don't know if that matters that much.
