::We booked a 9 days hiking trip with kazakh tour. On the third day, I injured my foot and couldn't continue. We went back to our starting point and called them. Kazakh tour rescheduled a different trip with a car and less hiking. They recomputed the price of the new tour and took it from what we paid from the original one (they even gave us back 50$ difference). I don't think I have ever encountered such a high level of honesty and kindness in a tour operator.
