  An incredible community project started by a businessman who grew up in ger districts himself. A community pond/park/winter skating rink. Formerly a granite quarry that supplied the stone used in Sukhbaatar Square, it fell into disuse and became a trash pit. With the government’s permission, it’s being developed into a pristine pond with boats, an attached schoolhouse, and an overlook with views of the entire city and countryside. A must-visit.
