::Been to this store multiple times with no problems barber shop was good, the cafe is good, the shopping is better than average and the facilities is usually in decent upkeep. I'm not sure what changed, management or other, but I went to the barber shop and was ignored for 30 minutes. It must be a badge of honor with them to let a customer stand in the middle of the shop asking for how long or can I make an appointment, with no one even trying to answer or help. I arrived with one person in the chair and four chairs open. I won't be back.
