::It is an OK hotel in the center of UB, the service is excellent though. Parking is limited, but it is walking distance to everything. I do recommend this hotel for those that want city center on a budget.

::Springs hotel was the perfect price point for me. It was a good hotel for the price. I paid $70 USD a night and stayed 3 nights. The staff were fantastic and spoke excellent English. My room was kind of smelly because they allow smoking indoors but that is my only complaint. The breakfast buffet was good (by Asian standards) and their workout room was full of brand new equipment. I am not sure why other people reviewed this hotel so poorly? Maybe they were comparing to Western standards? I have been traveling and working in Asia for the past 17 years and this place is definitely a over average.
