  Great location right off Sukhbataar square, friendly staff, clean and generally cosy. But they really need to deal with temperature in the rooms - e.g. I would have appreciated a way of turning down the heat instead of opening the window as it smelled of coal outside.

  They made false accusations about me stealing towels and the rooms looked like garbage. Old, outdated, with incredibly rude staff. There are no positives to saying here.

  Stuff are friendly, but the building is getting old. Not sure if it needs re-evaluation.

  Very nice. Goid beds. Hot water. A touch dated but who cares. Very customer focused. Good good. Great value for the money Terrific location

  Good conference venue with lots of space. Translation equipment was good.
