::Quite good library not far from the city centre, has good service and has countless books and also has american hall where you can read books in english

::this place is always good for every people. They even work for homeless people and who wants to get knowledge and some good inspiration as well. However, staff is the most harsh part. You cant even go to a toilet unless you dont have their ID Card. So be careful and keep in mind my suggestion.
